does the cost of the package change based on how many people you’re traveling with?
no! the cost remains the same if there is one person going on the trip vs. five people, which means you can split the cost of the package with friends and family! wahoo! please be sure to specify how many people you’re traveling with in the co-mads profile and ensure when you are answering the questions, you take your fellow travelers into account.

why is package with a purpose for U.S. travel only?
there are a few reasons for this…
while gabby (founder) was traveling abroad for a series of months, she met many other american travelers who had traveled all over the world, but had little to no experience traveling within the states. they felt that traveling within the states was too expensive and they didn’t really know how to find where the authentic, cool spots were. gabby knew how to travel the states on a budget AND where the authentic, cool spots were, so she decided to use co-mads as a vehicle for shifting travel culture within the states.
- there’s a lot of community work that needs to be done within the states. if we can lend a helping hand in our own backyards, everyone benefits.
- the united states is an absolutely incredible country. unreal nature, incredibly diverse cities, culture at every turn…let us help you explore it, and leave an impact.

how do you register for a group travel experience?
select your desired trip and a deposit will secure your spot. the trips will be on a first come, first serve basis until all spots are filled up.
once you sign up for a trip, we’ll ask you to fill out a co-mads profile, telling us all about yourself…well, as much as we can learn about you through a five-minute questionnaire. every person who signs up for the same trip will receive a co-mads roster. this roster will include some key info about each traveler, so you can become familiar and/or connect with your fellow travelers before you have the chance to meet in person. we will also use the information to cater the trip itinerary to your interests when possible.
STAY TUNED for our “getaway with a purpose” and “co-mads experience” group travel packages!
